Have you checked if power is reaching the horn?
Also worth checking the connections to the horn and the horn itself.

My horn is also knackered, I have read online that the bumper might need to come off which seems like a huge bit of work. I can see the horn behind the grill but the clips for the grill are on the other side so don't know how I would get it back on if removed...

I think the horn can just about be accessed from underneath.

Did mine from underneath, wires were corroded in the plug connector.

If i also remember the wires from the horn, goes up to another connector near the fan relays

thanks macca thats very helpfull will check everything when it stops raining i have bin told that the grill will push back as its only on clips then pull it back to clip it back but its tight
