Anyone up for this?

Eat at certain times, ie 10am 1pm and 5pm for the campers?

Run a list system, so either donate to the site or prefer bring food assortment (max £5) along with and have a free BBQ and drinks!

If we do it at set times it means no one looses out on the show and everyone knows when to be there for

So would anyone be up for this? I dont know if im camping or not, but if im not i will bring some drink and buns

Addaz - drink and rolls
Sausages - ?
Burgers - ?
Bbqs - ?
Tools for cooking - ?
Cups - ?

Even though i'm not showing with info this year i'd certainly be up for it as will the guy's i'm going up with, will be good to get to know new members and catch up with old faces (young faces, since i'm older than alot on here Laughing )

Will be even better if everyone was camped together, know last year macj and his wife camped with me and the other info guy's and had a good laugh.

Just an idea Adam, but those who are camping on friday could all meet at the local services nearby, least then they'll all camp together and there is a sainsbury's near the circuit

Looks like we miss a burner!

I burn or undercook things with coal, and one-off foil coal packs might not be enough.

I could pop this patio gas canister into a boot so the pug looks a bit lowered haha,

If someone brings a matching bbq cooker to connect to (both wouldn't fit in one car, so let's split up the effort!)

Could then also grab bbq tools

I do also have a gas hob i could bring as well?

I think coal maybe a better idea, with a medium sized one and people bringing coal and lighter fluid?

Coal surely gives more of a proper barbie feeling, but the we need Connor and his bro to cook, just like two years ago @ FCS Smile Gave him a halla on the main event thread

I took a coal one to PugFest last year, and it definitely worked better than the disposable grills. Unfortunately I don't own it any more, but I am quite happy to go and buy a cheapy one for the cause!

Mrs VorTechS and I will bring a (small) selection of Gluten Free items, as well as some Burgers/Sausages for general consumption.

Also Mrs VorTechS' parents are coming to this, so if you lot think I'm old... wait until you see them climb out one of the pugs! LOL

Adam i'm there from Friday with the 180 guys, if anyone is camping from the friday, they are more than welcome to join us and a few others, might be a better if we were all camped in the same area

Ok, I'll provide fuel then (whether it's coal, gas, or diesel)

Right so weve got the list below?

Adam - drink and rolls
Sim - fuel for bbq
VorTechS - gluten free + some burgers/sausages
Vexs - ?
Matt - ?

Remember the people who participate in this get the food, people who dont will require to donate to the forum! This will be either collected at the show or can be done online

Sorry chaps and chapettes, I'll be at FCS only on Sunday..

So the fuel burner position is open again!

(Will be flying back to UK on Saturday from a work week on-site that just popped-up, can't re-arrange that.. Gutted as I am!)

Sim, unfortunately mate, depending on the time on the Sunday, most of us will either be at home or on the way home as the main show day is Saturday and only sticking around on Sunday for the parade lap

Cheers Matt I suspected that.

As other things keep popping-up, I'll have to call it a day for FCS'15; looking at the bright side - car's now as shiny as silver lining Very Happy

Any late comers want to buy weekend (no camping) FCS tickets off? Paid £33, will post for £22

That's a shame mate, can always join us at Pugfest if you're avaliable and wanting to attend at least one show this year or even Donington later in the year but thats a bit of a drive from Bristol.

Thats a shame to hear mate! I reckon since the low numbers we will call on the bbq idea

Ah well there is always next year!

Weighing my options for the pugfest Vexs, cheers!

Addaz, way to go mate for driving down to FCS with your daily, even after your main project car had a slight bbq event Smile That's the spirit! Thumbs Up

Have a good time there y'all!

BBQ has been bought, so will bring it with me Sat. morning along with the tools to build it.

As for the low numbers, there was only about 4 of us at PugFest last year, and we still had the BBQ!

If you guys want it for the evening, I'm more than happy to leave it with you...!
