#1: FCS Potential BBQ Thread Author: Addaz, Location: SuffolkPosted: Tue Feb 03, 2015 4:39 pm ---- Anyone up for this?
Eat at certain times, ie 10am 1pm and 5pm for the campers?
Run a list system, so either donate to the site or prefer bring food assortment (max £5) along with and have a free BBQ and drinks!
If we do it at set times it means no one looses out on the show and everyone knows when to be there for
So would anyone be up for this? I dont know if im camping or not, but if im not i will bring some drink and buns
Addaz - drink and rolls
Sausages - ?
Burgers - ?
Bbqs - ?
Tools for cooking - ?
Cups - ? Last edited by Addaz on Thu May 07, 2015 4:25 am; edited 1 time in total

#4: Re: FCS Potential BBQ Thread Author: MattyP, Location: PlymouthPosted: Thu Feb 05, 2015 11:48 am ---- Even though i'm not showing with info this year i'd certainly be up for it as will the guy's i'm going up with, will be good to get to know new members and catch up with old faces (young faces, since i'm older than alot on here )
Will be even better if everyone was camped together, know last year macj and his wife camped with me and the other info guy's and had a good laugh.
Just an idea Adam, but those who are camping on friday could all meet at the local services nearby, least then they'll all camp together and there is a sainsbury's near the circuit

#9: Re: FCS Potential BBQ Thread Author: Sim, Location: West CountryPosted: Thu May 07, 2015 8:58 am ---- Looks like we miss a burner!
I burn or undercook things with coal, and one-off foil coal packs might not be enough.
If someone brings a matching bbq cooker to connect to (both wouldn't fit in one car, so let's split up the effort!)
Could then also grab bbq tools
#10: Re: FCS Potential BBQ Thread Author: Addaz, Location: SuffolkPosted: Thu May 07, 2015 10:17 am ---- I do also have a gas hob i could bring as well?
I think coal maybe a better idea, with a medium sized one and people bringing coal and lighter fluid?
#11: Re: FCS Potential BBQ Thread Author: Sim, Location: West CountryPosted: Thu May 07, 2015 4:46 pm ---- Coal surely gives more of a proper barbie feeling, but the we need Connor and his bro to cook, just like two years ago @ FCS Gave him a halla on the main event thread

#13: Re: FCS Potential BBQ Thread Author: VorTechS, Location: Gloucestershire, UKPosted: Fri May 08, 2015 7:18 am ---- I took a coal one to PugFest last year, and it definitely worked better than the disposable grills. Unfortunately I don't own it any more, but I am quite happy to go and buy a cheapy one for the cause!
Mrs VorTechS and I will bring a (small) selection of Gluten Free items, as well as some Burgers/Sausages for general consumption.
Also Mrs VorTechS' parents are coming to this, so if you lot think I'm old... wait until you see them climb out one of the pugs! LOL
#14: Re: FCS Potential BBQ Thread Author: MattyP, Location: PlymouthPosted: Fri May 08, 2015 12:46 pm ---- Adam i'm there from Friday with the 180 guys, if anyone is camping from the friday, they are more than welcome to join us and a few others, might be a better if we were all camped in the same area

Ok, I'll provide fuel then (whether it's coal, gas, or diesel)
