#1: How do I Pass A Wire From My rear view(!) Mirror to the boot Author: andre206, Posted: Mon Apr 12, 2010 1:31 pm ---- ...through the head lining?
Now i know there is a small 'arch' in the head lining right above the wing mirror, but then im stuck. How can i get a wire into the lining all the way to the back of the car to come out in the boot, so that you cant see it in the car at all, just in the boot.
Thanks. Last edited by andre206 on Mon Apr 12, 2010 2:04 pm; edited 1 time in total

The wire should come out behind the fuse box-ish
Then go down, underneath the carpet, all the way to the back of the car.
What are you actually trying to do?
#5: Re: How do I Pass A Wire From My Wing Mirror to the boot.... Author: andre206, Posted: Mon Apr 12, 2010 2:00 pm ---- I've just purchased a Rear view mirror that has a parking sensor built into it, ill get pics up when im fitting it because i think it should be really interesting.
So that is why i was wondering how i was going to get the cables to the back of the car.
Sorry im not good at understanding, but why am i going into the door? Surely i can go down the pillar on my right side and then behind the fuse box like you suggested?

Thats why i said you need to go thru the door
In that case, yeah just thread it thru the headlining and behind the rubbers on the door
