These are designed not to be opened up at all, but doesn't mean it isn't possible.
You have 2 options:

(Remove the bulbs and any loose fittings, screws etc before using either method.)

1.Use a heat gun/ hairdryer on a high heat around the edges to re-activate the glue then pry them apart.

2. Pre heat an oven to around 160-180 and bake the lights for 5mins at a time.
Remove after 5mins and try to pry apart, keep doing this until succesfull.
NOTE: keep the lenses away from touching anything whilst baking.

To re-seal them you need to remove all the old glue and have a clean surface to work from. Use either a waterproof sealant or a no nails like sealant to ensure a water and air tight fit.

I don't honestly recommend splitting them and don't take any responsibilities for what you do to them. You will almost certainly suffer from misting/ condensation issues in the long run.

These lights can be bought for around £10-20 second hand and around £30 new for a pair. Splitting them is a lot of hassle and isn't really worth it; especially as they aren't very desirable.
