Nice one guys, if and when you buy tickets let me know and I'll edit the original post accordingly so we can keep on top of what's what.

There is of course no confirmed start time as of yet, but depending when that is perhaps we can arrange meeting before entering somewhere local?

I'll keep all interested up to date with whats what as more info is announced.

I will definitely be there, if it's anything like last year though I will literally be queuing up for the hill climb all day so can't make any promises of being on a stand but I will try and say hello at some point.

No problem Harry I've added you to the list anyways.

How many of you are planning to camp the Saturday night if any at all?

I personally will be arriving on the Sunday morning so if you guys are planning the same thing then perhaps meeting up somewhere local before we go in could be ideal?
Maybe even grabbing some breakfast?

Let me know what all your plans are (est date & time of arrival) then maybe we can sort something out. Alternatively if you have any suggestions then by all means feel free to suggest it!

Lastly..
PSCUK need a point of contact for arranging a stand and to provide estimated numbers etc etc as requested in the link below.
www.206info.co.uk/Foru...gfest.html

Whilst I'm quite happy to do it, if there is anyone else attending who wishes to take the reigns (ideally someone who's arranged it before) then let me know by the latest of 03/04/15 if not I'll be the point of contact.

Updated OP with recent info post from the PSCUK account.
Based on what you guys have decided and want to do I will have some info by mid-next week in regards to a possible meeting location before the show so we can arrive as a club.

I'm definitely going.
Will be purchasing my tickets when they come on sale and I'll see if I can round up a few people from the 180 OC as I don't believe they have intentions to show as a club.

Bump for interest.

Also I've had to revise the original potential meeting place due to forgetting it's a Sunday and not many locations are open.
So please bare with me, I haven't forgotten and will update soon enough.

Will do! I'm just waiting a response from PSUK about camping & kids pricing, as we will still have the 13yr old with us. Once they get back to me, tickets will be bought!

#26: Re: Pugfest 2015 - 12th July Author: VorTechS, Location: Gloucestershire, UK PostPosted: Tue Jun 09, 2015 2:42 am

Okay, I've decided that we won't do the camping thing.... so I'm all paid up on the assumption that 'mini VorTechS' would probably rather stay at home on Minecraft. (If he does want to come, we'll buy him a ticket)

I've updated the original post with the various links to the tickets, so you don't need to go hunting around for them.

As for meeting up, I usually like to start this particular day with a breakfast at McDs (it's the only day of the year I do, and it has become a bit of a PugFest tradition now!) so I'll put forward that we could meet up at the one on the Kingsditch Retail Park in Cheltenham which is not too far from the venue, located here: Tewkesbury Rd, Kingsditch Retail Park, Cheltenham, Gloucester GL51 9PX

I went out and bought a BBQ for FCS that was subsequently not required so we should make use of it at PugFest, so I'll start a separate thread about that a bit later!

So is no-one camping this year? If I camp what's the crack with joining you guys in stands?

You just join us, no issues there! In fact, you'll probably be the first on the stand! Very Happy

I think the camping is a new thing, I don't recall it being available last year or the year before.

Gutted for you Vexs, I can only hope that fate conspires in your favour and that you get a last minute opportunity to attend!
I say hire a new guy, and get them to cover your shift!

Thanks for everything you've done thus far though, and hopefully we'll see you next year!

From the PM conversation we've had, I'll be taking over the point of contact role from this point. Very Happy

Looking forward to another great PugFest!

Mrs VorTechS doesn't know we're going yet, it's a b/day surprise if I can manage to keep it hidden from her for that long!

Good stuff Shadowstalke!

Just 4 days of ticket sales left, you have to get your ticket before the 30th to get on the club stands.

I'll think about timings over the weekend for the meetup, and update that thread!
