#3: Re: Toyo 206 180 straight through pic. Author: Project2062014, Location: CornwallPosted: Thu Mar 12, 2015 11:50 am ---- Too much boio that's how much.
Not the best fitment for the joints as it's blowing from the back box . Lines up perfect.
I'm just addressing the 63mm inlet to the back box & the 60mm pipe toyo expect you to Fit. .

It was listed on ebay I've not seen one before with a straight through middle. It is 3 sections cat back. It's loud .
I welded a extra inch of 60mm pipe on the end of the exhaust to get the back box to fit perfectly .. Toyo pipe is thin & under 60mm.
#8: Re: Toyo 206 180 straight through pic. Author: Project2062014, Location: CornwallPosted: Thu Mar 12, 2015 4:26 pm ---- 60mm pipe to show the gap. Was worse with the toyo pipe.

#9: Re: Toyo 206 180 straight through pic. Author: Project2062014, Location: CornwallPosted: Thu Mar 12, 2015 4:28 pm ---- I used the extra pipe to get a good seal with Clamp. also positioned the exhaust tip exactly where I wanted them.
#10: Re: Toyo 206 180 straight through pic. Author: Project2062014, Location: CornwallPosted: Thu Mar 12, 2015 4:35 pm ---- I'm sure I welded a 62mm pipe on Tbh. I cut it off a pipe that fits a 60mm pipe sleeve.[http://s1374.photobucket.com/user/benjv85/media/Mobile%20Uploads/20150312_173015_zpsp6pektyj.jpg.html]

#13: Re: Toyo 206 180 straight through pic. Author: 206gt160, Location: BlackburnPosted: Wed Apr 29, 2015 3:04 pm ---- Hey pal What price is it going for and also why are you selling it.
#14: Re: Toyo 206 180 straight through pic. Author: Project2062014, Location: CornwallPosted: Wed Apr 29, 2015 3:04 pm ---- A&W, German make I brought off ebay Lowered 50mm . Red springs
I wouldn't go 60mm. It will scrape Too much.
On country roads with dips and bumps it scrapes . I only have trouble with one speed bump and the front bumper scrapers alot ..
The sump is the lowest point so be carefull..dropped 50mm all round . On 17's
^^^^
PHONE FOOKED WAS NOT EVEN ON THIS THREAD WTF !!
EDIT : Price make me a sensible offer .. its 63mm all the way . can supply the clamps aswell . Im selling due to having 3 complete exhaust systems .. I could do to clear the space as I'm moving house soon ..
The exhaust is fitted to my car at this moment in time .. Last edited by Project2062014 on Wed Apr 29, 2015 3:11 pm; edited 1 time in total

#18: Re: Toyo 206 180 straight through pic. Author: Project2062014, Location: CornwallPosted: Wed Apr 29, 2015 3:28 pm ---- No use to me mate adjustable top mounts then yea deal !
I paid ££ more than a set of fk coilovers .
I would accept £225 collection or £275 delivered .
I had it listed on ebay for awhile @ £325 ..
Small price compared to other cat back systems & it's less Weight than any exhaust I've seen for a 206 .
#19: Re: Toyo 206 180 straight through pic. Author: 206gt160, Location: BlackburnPosted: Wed Apr 29, 2015 3:33 pm ---- No good for me at that I can get a maniflow/ janspeed for a few quid more brand new.
No good for me at that I can get a maniflow/ janspeed for a few quid more brand new.
What exhaust are you fitting?
I'm rollin with the toyo atm . Love the noise .
If I removed it I would fit a straight thought centre with the standard 180 gti back box . I've made a screamer back pipe aswell . So i can go silencer in the middle then straight out the back .
I'm always messing with the exhaust .. Think I've got an addiction.. Feeling that I want a 4-1 on the 180 soon Need the time ..... better backfire
#21: Re: Toyo 206 180 straight through pic. Author: 206gt160, Location: BlackburnPosted: Wed Apr 29, 2015 3:46 pm ---- Maniflow are probably the best 4-2-1 manifold on the market. Hopefully what I will have on the track project shortly.

I'd say the supersprint 4-1 is better .???
#23: Re: Toyo 206 180 straight through pic. Author: 206gt160, Location: BlackburnPosted: Wed Apr 29, 2015 3:55 pm ---- Is the super sprint not also a 4-2-1 system?
The maniflow one was made in conjunction with Richard Longman, for what I want the maniflow competition manifold is better
#24: Re: Toyo 206 180 straight through pic. Author: Project2062014, Location: CornwallPosted: Wed Apr 29, 2015 3:59 pm ---- Yea I think you're right ..
Did you ever get your gti re-mapped ? Or you still tuning it up ?
Why are not fitting the coil overs?
#25: Re: Toyo 206 180 straight through pic. Author: 206gt160, Location: BlackburnPosted: Wed Apr 29, 2015 4:04 pm ---- Just take a look at the maniflow before you buy, it's a good looking piece of kit.
No I'm still on with The build as of yet and have not got to the point that it needs Mapping. Check my project thread out, I have done quite a lot to it lately, still a lot more to do but it's coming along nicely.
I ended up fitting some Avo coilover suspension instead of the Fk. The Fk has only been out the box once.
