Right so its about time I made a project thread for the 206.

The car came to me pretty much standard with a de-cat powerflow exhaust system. Since then I have fitted the following..

Gti 180 inlet manifold.
Gti 180 exhaust manifold.
Gti6 throttle body & ICV.
Small induction kit.
New extended throttle cable.

I have already purchased the cheap FK coilovers in the past.

I have just done some more purchasing and bought the following

Flocked dash
Momo steering wheel
D2 steering wheel boss
Boot plastic trim
A set of 307 16 inch peugeot alloy wheels
Single bucket seat and fittings.
A pipe bender to start the cage project.
new enclosed carbon CDA induction kit.
brake bias valve
new peugeot spark plugs
total Quartz 7000 oil

I will upload some photos when I get round to the car.

Just purchased the gti6 front disks and calipers and some drilled and grooved rear brakes. Photos will everntually be up.

I have no current experience with fabricating a cage, I will be going off the images I find on google and forums... follwing the bend lines they use. The only way I will gain the ecpierience is by attempting to start building cages. I have been doing a lot of research on them and I feel ready to start the cage build now.

Coming along really nice buddy, lots of good progress made in such a short time!
What's your opinion on the AVO's though? These where my 2nd option if I didn't get RSX's?

Found out there was a leak that found its way under the seat so all the rust has now been removed, treated and resprayed. Going to silicon all of the plastic caps under where the rear seats fit as I have heard they can let water in.

This is the pvc covered braided line I will be using.. its HEL hose.

The new lights now fitted, just need to sort the passenger side cold intake through the sidelight.

Quite happy with the progress so far.

Soon be ready for the vinyl wrap, I am hopefully going to see the vinyl colours available tomorrow. The company are doing it at cost for a bit of advertising.

Also been in contact with some other companies regarding performance parts at slashed prices for advertising their company. Quite happy as I have managed to get a few big names involved so far!
