#1: MOT Question Author: commandosqueak, Location: Lower SlaughterPosted: Wed Mar 18, 2015 2:11 pm ---- I have changed my headlights from phase 1 to phase 2. I have yet to change the BSI setting and I have my MOT tomorrow. As the dipped and main beam cannot be on at the same time is that grounds for an MOT failure?

Can't find anything about dipped and main beam being illuminated together.
I think the only reason for it is to give more light output, but is not a legal requirement. Last edited by macca1411 on Wed Mar 18, 2015 3:27 pm; edited 1 time in total

Be warned that Diagbox version 7 onwards really needs the interface to be revision C flashed due to communication issues.
