Mine was included as part of the package when I bought the cat converter.
#4: Re: New Cat -- DIY Author: macca1411, Location: Westhoughton, LancashirePosted: Sat Mar 28, 2015 11:59 am ---- Easy enough to replace yourself. 4 bolts to the manifold, one that holds the pipe to the gear box and then the 2 bolts on the clamp to the centre pipe.
The post cat lambda can be difficult to get out if it's been there a while, so might be better off replacing that at the same time if funds allow.
Buy a fitting kit and it should include the manifold gasket and nuts and the fittings including springs for the centre pipe clamp.
Don't use any exhaust paste on the manifold join. Just use the new compression gasket.
