Author: Danpemble, Posted: Sun Apr 05, 2015 9:30 am ---- Now I've done a little research and come to the conclusion that the crank pully is on it's way out. I've took a quick video just to see what you think. How much of a job is it to replace? Also just driving home my speedo just died. Only the speed dropped to 0mph While all els was working.

Swap out the water pump while you are doing belts ... it's driven off the cam belt too.
No tips apart from take your time and double, triple check everything. It's easier than the 138bhp twin cam if that's any consolation and I've done both! Bit more room for your hands in the 1.4hdi bay too.

Was a really easy job didn't take long at all. I managed to borrow the local garages impact gun. Cost just over 100 for the pulley and belt. Thanks
