#1: Sourcing a new bonnet!! Author: JamesPeugeot, Posted: Tue Apr 07, 2015 11:59 pm ---- Hi all,
I am trying to source a replacement bonnet for a 2001 Peugeot 206 5 door 1.4l.
I have a few questions:
Are the bonnets on 206s the same regardless of door configuration ( 3 \ 5 door)?
Does anyone know where I could source a second hand bonnet with colour code KRG (dark green \ evergreen \ patagonia green)?
I am happy to travel to find the right bonnet colour but am based in Surrey \ Sussex \ Hampshire area...
Kind regards,
James.

I believe all the petrol ones are the same

Now just need to work out where to get one from in the right colour!!
Anybody any ideas please; are there any large scale second hand stockists???
Kr,
James

What are they like to spray with rattle cans from Halfords? My budget can't stretch to a £150 respray at a coachworks...
I take it colour matching is out of the question...

Rattle can paint job on a bonnet would look total s**te, its such a large panel it would stand out like a sore thumb.
Either keep your eyes open for a matching bonnet OR speak to your local friendly NON insurance approved bodyshop, ask the local taxi lads who they use for bodywork repairs.
