The off side doesn't have one anyway. The reason for it moving is because you have the rubber balljoint, then a rubber o ring...the cover sits on that and then you should have another o ring....this one is missing. So for now I have spun the cover around and forced it to sit on the arm in order for it not to rattle. I am going to have the drop links changed next month so will get them to remove the offending item!
