#1: PugFest 2015 - BBQ & Meetup Thread Author: VorTechS, Location: Gloucestershire, UKPosted: Thu Jun 11, 2015 2:53 am ---- Unlike FCS, at PugFest we are definitely having a BBQ, even if it's just me & Mrs VorTechS having it, but everyone is invited to take part!
(You don't particularly have to cook, I'm sure I can poison us all, although Mrs VorTechS seems to think I cook quite well)
We'll also be having a pre-show breakfast at one of the local McDonalds to which everyone is also invited.
If you would like to contribute to the BBQ or join us at the meeting point please let me know, and I'll maintain the two lists in this thread.
The plan will be to meetup here:

...eat and then head off straight to the show.
Timing wise, gates to the show open at 07:30, but I don't think we need to arrive that early. I have a feeling we will be up at the top car parks again, and it's relatively easy to access.
We should aim to meet at the McD's car park for 07:30 with a view to leaving at 08:10 and arriving at the venue for 08:30.

I think what we should also do is have name badges so the new comers no who the old boys are and so on.

Excellent, I know we talked about it at FCS, but your name is down.
Don't worry about running late, we can always wait a few minutes longer if we have to, and I'm happy to swap numbers so we can keep tabs on where you are!

Will have words with housemates who work in supermarkets see if I can get anything on the cheap/5-finger and let you know! Otherwise I'll have a look next week when I'm shopping and see what I can get

Brilliant stuff about the rolls. I'll be heading to the shops Thursday after to work to pick up all the bits I've committed to and anything that might be missing!

Ticket sales are closed, so the link isn't active. I've sent them an e-mail to see if they can add one to my order, assuming they haven't sent them out over the weekend. They may come back with an alternative solution.

Shouldn't be too difficult to have 1 spot added to the club stand... if not, we could try making a spot with what we get given on the day...
