Installing an XCarLink Bluetooth box

#1: Installing an XCarLink Bluetooth box Author: LiamS PostPosted: Sun Jun 28, 2015 1:34 pm

Have wanted to buy one of these for a while now - don't fancy changing the whole head unit and losing some of the MFD functionality and the stalk. So I did a bit more research into it before making the purchase.

Some people are saying that if your 206 doesn't have a CD changer installed - which mine doesn't - then you need to have the autochanger button on the RD3 activated in the BSI, otherwise it won't work...

Not so much plug and play then is it Laughing

Does anyone know roughly how much the dealership normally charges to do this?

Or alternatively, my MOT is due in a couple of months I think, can this be done by my local garage whilst they have the car?
