#1: [SOLVED] headlight mounting panel replacement Author: Sim, Location: West CountryPosted: Thu Jul 23, 2015 8:07 am ---- I'd love to replace this half frame I got bent, but it looks like it will take a fair deal of welding and unwelding, am I correct?
It looks pretty wedged in for me, what do you reckon how long and how much such job would take for a welder?
They offer a fixing kit??

fixing kit is just #15 screwbox, otherwise that frame needs to be spot welded, (first having the first one cut carefully out with grinder where spots are)

There is another way without the tool buts its hard work.
Luckily I have the tool as its needed for my job.
