#1: Thermostat Housing Gasket for TU3JP KFW 1.4 8v? Author: QuArTz, Location: South CoastPosted: Thu Oct 08, 2015 12:36 pm ---- Hi.
I'm in the middle of replacing my head gasket and when taking the thermostat housing off I noticed that black sealant had been used to seal the housing to the head.
Is there such a thing as a 'thermostat housing gasket' or will I have to re-seal using sealant?
Thanks
