#2: Re: FCS 2016 Author: MrBSI, Location: What's it to you? ? ?Posted: Sun Jan 17, 2016 2:51 pm ---- Another year & another date clash, I'll be at the London Nocturne.
#3: Re: FCS 2016 Author: MattyP, Location: PlymouthPosted: Sun Jan 17, 2016 3:20 pm ---- think there's alot of that, the new jap show at combe in may clashes with a local show down here and japfest has moved to silverstone in April
#4: Re: FCS 2016 Author: Vexs, Location: LondonPosted: Sun Jan 17, 2016 3:54 pm ---- Japfest has got to the point where it has out grown Combe now so Silverstone is a much needed solution.
FCS is becoming a little crowded these days though. Won't be long before that out grows Combe.

Still building up that unit though
#6: Re: FCS 2016 Author: Addaz, Location: SuffolkPosted: Sun Jan 17, 2016 5:35 pm ---- I dont reckon info will have a stand which is a shame, maybe we can be pushed to one side of the 180 owners club for a bunch of non 180s?

Possibly tag onto Modified 365s stand if they're having one.

3. Bruce (motorracingbruce1980)
4. Steve (steve137)
#13: Re: FCS 2016 Author: Steve137, Location: BasingstokePosted: Sun Jan 24, 2016 5:28 am ---- Also I agree with addaz, I think we should go on 180 stand but be pushed to the side because I doubt there will be enough people from info to even make a stand, as last year there was only about 6 cars
#14: Re: FCS 2016 Author: LiamMiller, Posted: Sun Jan 24, 2016 10:11 pm ---- The only thing I'd have with that is its pointless Myself, MattyP and Vexs putting the effort into organising our 180 stand for it then to have a few non 180 owners, after we've already said no to people for similar requests. If we were to do that it might as well go down as 206info which most will not be prepared to do
#15: Re: FCS 2016 Author: Vexs, Location: LondonPosted: Sun Jan 24, 2016 10:15 pm ---- Unfortunately the 180 owners club stand will remain a 180 owners club stand. Please don't purchase tickets and select us a parking option unless you own a 180 thanks.
For the record this is not us sticking our noses up at info because we think we're superior or some bs like that, I would actually quite like to see info revived to it's former glory..
but we as a club make a lot of effort to arrange stands at shows and we go out of our way to reach out to other 180 owners so we can have somewhat of a decent size stand at shows.
This is something info's admin have no interest in doing with the exception of Vortex & Ste although M365 keeps him busy enough! Thats not a dig either, it's just the way things have been for info for a while now, info is a great places for archived info but nothing more these days.
Honest 2 cents would be join a club like Peugeot Enthusiast Group, Peugeot Modified or Stance France if sump scrapping is your thing.
Social media like facebook rule the way for organizing shows, even well established forums like the majority of the Renault ones use facebook because it's a wider audience.
The Peugeot 206 Owners Club on facebook has more posts in a hour than 206info does in a day to put things in perspective.
It's good to see info trying to stay afloat and see members making an effort to attend shows, but broaden your horizons and get in with other clubs, your enjoy it more.
