#1: Car trying to start itself! Author: WeeBlue206, Posted: Sun Jan 24, 2016 11:30 am ---- Hi, just joined up and I'm hoping someone will be able to help. I just bought a cheap 2001 1.4 automatic and woke up this morning to the sound of it turning over on the starter motor by itself. Never heard of this before.
Has anyone heard of this before, any ideas where the problem is likely to be? The car was sitting locked.
