My cooling fan has stopped working i have checked the fan and it working it i put it on to the battery. i have also changed the 2 relays and replaced the thermostat and changed the coolent and bled the system and still no cooling fan any idea what it could be

Could it be a dodgy temp sensor?

If you have Peugeot Planet then:

Global scan will pick up if the fan isnt working as engine ecu knows when it has commanded the fan to run but the fan motor hasnt responded.

OR

Actuator test

Test low speed fan

Test high speed fan

Cooling fan wiring loom is a known 206 weak point for rotting away.

Does it work with the air con switched on? Alternatively unplug the coolant sensor with the engine running. Fan should come on then.

Chances are the wiring to the base of the relay holder is rotten. It's only wires and terminals so it's not rocket science to fix.
