206 seats interchangable?

#1: 206 seats interchangable? Author: bobsy852 PostPosted: Fri Jul 01, 2016 7:01 am

Hi, just a quick question.

The passenger seat in our 2 door 2001 206 recently got broken (the upright back to the seat is stuck leaning a long way forward but isn't locked in position so when you push on it it just tilts all the way backwards. I think the mechanism has been twisted too far around and I can't seem to get it to turn back)

Anyway, I figured I'd just replace the seat. I just wanted to check that any seats from any other 2 door 206 will fit? Leather/GTI/standard etc?

There wasn't any changes in fixings between older and newer models?

Thanks
Rob

All the same fixtures, so any seats from a 206 will go straight in

Apart from the rear bench in a CC, that's specific to that.

Seat airbag wiring is also different between non plexed & multiplexed 206s - thats if you have seat airbags fitted.

As above. If you're local to Gloucestershire then I have 2 full 3dr interiors if you're interested.

If you have seat airbags then the easiest way to solve for compatibility is to swap your airbag and wiring into the new seat. Safest way to go IMO
