#1: 206 2.0HDI Yr2000 Remote Central locking fault & Fix Author: CrashBurnFly PostPosted: Tue Oct 31, 2017 6:17 pm

The remote keyfob when pressed would flash and in the car was gentle clunk from under the steering wheel - but none of the doors would lock. I tried the various listed approaches for resetting the BSI, but issue remained. It sounded if the remote signal was being received in the car and a relay was being activated but not passing power to lock up. A search of forums gave confusing views on where the relays were and if they had fuses.

So to cut a long story short the fuse that controls the power for locking/unlocking is the one marked in the picture. I changed this and all worked perfectly.

In RH/UK car the fuse panel is under the steering wheel.
