#1: Breather pipe question... Author: Rosscoe, Posted: Sun Jul 01, 2018 4:06 pm ---- Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum and a novice with cars, so apologies for this daft question! Having just received my Peugeot 206 from its service and oil change I thought I'd give it a quick check under the bonnet and check the coolant etc. I noticed that a 'T' plastic pipe leading out of the oil tank was disconnected on the right hand side. Google tells me that this is the breather pipe and should be connected... I've reinserted it and intend to go back to the garage to ask them about it, but was wondering if anyone knows of this may have been disconnected intentionally? I'm slightly worried I may inadvertently cause damage by putting it back!
Thanks everyone and apologies again for a somewhat silly question
