#1: Climate Control Back Lights not working Author: thebanksman, Posted: Sun Sep 23, 2018 7:24 pm ---- Hi everyone,
I've got an issue with the lights behind the buttons on my 54 plate climate control. It's the same unit as in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wagsFqpYX0c&t=147s).
I was thinking it may be new bulbs but watching the video I think that just sorts out the display, which is fine. Any ideas on what the issue might be? When I turn the headlights on the main display on the climate control unit does dim slightly so it seems to be aware that at that point the backlights should come on. I've attached an image of the model of my unit.
I think a new unit is quite cheap on Ebay to just buy a new unit but before I buy it I want to make sure it's not to do with a fuse, for example. I'd guess not as the rest of the unit is working but I have seen on the video that two input plugs go in to the unit, but I don't know why.
Thanks in advance of any help.

2 bulbs illuminate the display, the 3rd bulb is for the buttons.
