Hi all!

I have recently bought a 2003 GTi 180 and i have a couple of questions!

Faulty multi function display- It is a different unit to the previous 206gti 180 I had many years ago, it has 2 elongated 'bulges' where the buttons would be either side, and it has a factory navigation unit in the glovebox. when I got the car it had no head unit in, so i have bought an aftermarket one, and the nav unit i will rip out. Would i be able to just fit a standard multifunction display with the buttons?

The auto lights- I disable them by pressing the indicator stalk button with the key in position 1, I get the 'bong' noise, but they still are coming on and off on their own! is there any other way i can permanently disable these?

Thanks in advance!

You can fit a standard multifunction display and connect one plug only.
