#1: 206sw central locking failure Author: SuicideBoi666, Posted: Wed Sep 18, 2019 5:47 pm ---- So my central locking not working properly,when i want to lock the car with the remote key it just fails like some door is open or something,locking it from the passenger side works (key fob) (EU),when i start driving i have that autolock fuction enabled it also fails and on the screen it says left front door open (EU),when i manually lock it from the inside using that knob on the drivers side everything locks expect the passanger door.So do i have to change the whole mechanism on both sides or have to check for broken wires?

Its very rare to get a wiring fault between the door & A pillar on a 206 ( but still check the wiring )
I would suspect the door latch requires replacement.
Be WARNED that the normal central locking & DEADlocking door latches are NOT interchangeable so make sure you get the correct replacement door latch!
