#1: 2003 (03 Plate) 1.4HDI Engine Light On / Diagnostic Reader ? Author: purrjoe, Location: South CoastPosted: Mon Nov 11, 2019 7:38 pm ---- As detailed above.
Has anyone tried one of the diagnostic readers on eBay with any success ? I do not even know if my car is OBD2 compliant. If not, how do I go about tracing the fault without dealership being involved ?
Any help or advice gratefully received.
Thanks. purrjoe

ODB2 is a US standard - Peugeot never used it - and prior to 2004 they could butcher the software to only work with their systems (ie PP2000).
A local garage may be able to help as they often have a diagnostic that works on a variety of cars and OBD versions ..
