Connector blocks
-> 206 Problems

#1: Connector blocks Author: Toisich PostPosted: Thu Oct 12, 2023 10:09 am

Hi. Wondering if anyone can tell what these connectors are for on my 2004 1.4 16v petrol?

The first picture, is from near the rear of the drivers seat and the wires for the rear window switches.

The second picture is fron under the dash near the fuse box where the headlight levelling plugs in

Thanks in advance
Chris

Don't know about the first photo. Could be some inactive remnants from the CC root switch, or more likely the motion sensor kill switch (a button with a "WiFi" symbol on:)

In the 2nd photo the connector should be going into your alarm box, behind the fusebox attached to the bulkhead:)

Its normal to find unused connector plugs on lower spec vehicles as it reduces the amount of different specifications of wiring looms that need to be produced for all the various different models in a range.

It looks like the connectors for various alarm system components.
