Yeah the wiper has annoyed me!lol

Im looking to get the wheels refurbed at some point early next year and ive got a few things i want to tidy up.Things like it needs a couple of new boost seals on the intercooler piping and i need to get new console bushes on the wishbones(this weekends job!).Other than that, id like a larger FMIC and another remap then thats it i think!

Not tempted to de-wiper?

Bumper looks good, thought it was the Anniversary model only that had headlight washers? You got the actual units yet?

Not going to dewiper as the fabia has a habit of sucking mucky water onto the back of the car!

The headlight washers came as a standard part if the orig owner payed for xenon headlights to be fitted as its a legal requirement.

I have the covers already and im in the process of spraying them and have the units and washer bottle/pumps etc from an audi s3 which is the same.

Haven't checked your progress for a while.

Given me some ideas, e.g the rear lights, easy to wire in?

yeah really easy mate. Just run the wires from the courtesy light in the front and hey presto. They give a little more light in the back as the tints tend to make it a bit dark.

Im also currently making some exterior handles that will have an LED in that lights up when the remote locking is opened.

Done a few bits today but only a few pics taken.

Changed both rear discs and pads as the others were completely shot and have had a few problems with the handbrake dragging. It seems the springs on the actual handbrake cable have become fatigued over time. After a bit of research i came up with the answer.Got hold of some return springs from the Audi S3 to help the handbrake return to its off position correctly.

Also put some LED bulbs in the reversing lights to give a bit more light output and also cause i have a hard on for LED's at the moment for some reason!

is there a genuine output difference with reversing LED's, and have you got a link to good ones to buy online, please?

wouldn't mind something brighter when using my reversing camera at night.

Yeah i kind of changed them due to having tinted rear windows and when im reversing somewhere without lights its hard to see and these throw a hell of a lot more light out.

These are the ones i bought and although theyre for a pug they fit fine
