#1: The Howey's Project White Retro Classic Author: Mrs_Howey, Location: WorthingPosted: Sun Apr 25, 2010 8:19 am ---- Me and Howey borrowed some money off my lovely mummy to buy a new project
It's a 1991 (year i was born) 205 1.6GTI in white.
It's been in a small accident and needs a new bumper, indicator, plastic arch trim and a bit of rust which needs a plate welding on to.
Needs it's head gasket doing but still runs.
Needs the repair on the front seat and rear as it has a rip in the fabric
But other than that it is wondeful, Heres a few pictures of the damage and how she looks.
Enjoy
Howey gave her a clean:

It is staying completely standard and the aim is to turn it into a concours vehicle!
Luke: we havent had chance to inspect the head yet and we paid £560 for it including brand new unfitted clutch and oil filter. It also has a fair amount of service history too! Only failing on washerjets in october
