#1: PugJH: My Flamenco Red WIP *Update Pg2* Author: PugJH, Location: Northants PostPosted: Tue Feb 09, 2010 2:04 pm

Ok so i used to have a thread like this before which was alot bigger and more detail but i nicked this from another site i used to use, i hope its all the same as i just copy, pasted.

Noticed some pictures dont work, i shall update this later and sort these out.

This is how my car started out, normal 1.1 style and i wouldn't have changed a thing if i hadnt of found this 206info, the amount of people just updating there cars instead of full blown bodykits, so i started looking into what i could do.

1st item i got was a fuel cap, as i never liked mine.
I got an extra set of door handles in the hope of getting them sprayed, but after finding out how much the garage wanted for spraying them i decided to do it myself, never done it before so was worried about the outcome, but still i carried on and thought about spraying my side strips, and after having them off my car for 3 days while i primed, sprayed and lacquered them it was time to put the finished items back on.

IMAGE:

I purchased some items from ebay as i knew i wanted sports extras and not aftermarket stuff.

I got the rear strip off in the pic ready to spray.

Then i went all out and thought id put my new sports bumper on with the honeycomb grille and the new upper grill bit with the badge on.
You can't see in this photo but its got a scratch on the passenger side trim, which matches my wing scratch from previous owner, so looks like it was done at same time lol.

Weeks later i got myself some alloys *finally*

I then got some new interior bits
Gearknob, Steering wheel, Full interior

When i got my car the passengers side wing had a dent in it, and it was starting to annoy me, so i thought while im gettin a new wing, i might aswel get GTi wings. So i got some from a member of info from scotland who got them sprayed for me by Ecosse, and shipped down to me

5. Sports Sp arches

All of this has been done over the last year of owning my car, and i have moved this thread over from 206info with a few changes so sorry if its all over the show.

Latest mod in last month or so.
New wheel, from a 206cc,

Can't be doing with bras, but, apart from that, it looks pretty damn good. You may have just convinced me to get sports arches.
