Hello All!
I've spoken to the organisers of PugFest over on PSOOC. They are more than happy that we are wanting to come back.
Day ticket for non PSOOC members is £9 (£6 if a fully paid member) per person (the same for visitors too)
Camping tickets for non PSOOC members is £15 (£12 if a fully paid member)
Unfortunately non-members cannot take their car up the hill climb as the £20 PSOOC membership fee actually covers laibility and insurances for this purpose. If you are a fully paid member then each hillclimb run is £6 or early bird tickets are available for £5 (In the morning only when it's quieter)

So we need a list of members so they know who is going. I will be there but with the Goodwood.

But should you find a cheeky spot thats not reserved then by all means take it. Most PSOOC groups will park in their group areas, ie scotland, bucks, worcs. etc and these are kinda just the earlier you get there the more chance you have of getting a better spot type of area HOWEVER the dedicated club areas should be ok then you will just need to organise the cars yourselves within the area on the day. I MIGHT be about to come and help on the day but i trust that you can all reverse your cars

So this means:
1. All 206info and other club members should be able to park in the paddock area with the rest of the PSOOC bunch and will be handed out a stand pass to this area on a first come first serve area. As mentioned above this will be allocated as a maximum of 30 per club!
2. All of these members with these stand passes will also be allowed to run up the hill (£6 per run payable on the day or can be ordered online.
I have nominated myself as the contact person for this club and 309oc (why did i do that...lolol). So I will PM those who add their name and ask for their address so i can send the stand passes out when i receive them. IF you are camping the night before (bear in mind there is only around 50 tickets/spaces for this available) I can hand them to you the night before to use.
Addresses I have on file will not be passed onto any 3rd party by the by

I think what puts me off Pugfest is that its more catered for the sportier Pugs and older well looked after Pugs, as i dont think bodykits are high on the agenda where as FCS has more of an acceptance of kitted cars.

I can see where you're coming from but you've not had a bad word about your car over on PSOOC have you? lol. If a kit's done badly it's not going to generally be in anyone's favour. If it's done well - which it is - people generally appreciate it. There are one or 2 horrendous looking things that go there, in fact there's a guy who was on the psooc stand last year at FCS with a blue 206 and some lightening spray work in the engine bay and on the car. It wasn't particularly amazing but it was still put on the corner of the stand....

Yeh i see what you mean, i might see if Ecosse are taking any cars down for a non-business attendance, although the Pug might not be ready by Pugfest lol

- No tickets will be available for collection on the gate.
- Only vehicles with a valid pass will be allowed entry to the paddock area.
- Only vehicles within the paddock will be allowed to run up the hill.
- All visiting club members are required to purchase ‘non member entrance tickets’ in advance from the PSOOC stating their club. Club stand passes and display area will be issued based on ticket sales two weeks prior to the event. The number of passes issued will not exceed the number of tickets sold to each individual club. - All visiting club areas are required to display ONLY Peugeot Talbot vehicles
- All attendees are required to observe the rules of Prescott and the PSOOC.
- The nominated individual will be the point of contact for any transgression on their club stand.
- The club area is to be left in the condition in which it is found ie. Clean and tidy. Sufficient rubbish bins will be provided around the site

Because it's the clubs 25th anniversary and the 10th pugfest, these rules have been bent slightly You will note the strictness in the manner that these passes are given out and the fact that they have to be displayed or you're not getting in. It's because of all these parts and points about insurance and liability I presume!
But yes you can run up the hill if you have a club stand pass and it's £6 per run. You don't need to pay per person. But generally speaking i think one passenger per run only is advised.

Fair enough!
There's another event on, not Pugfest, but something else, that only allowed the marque of car the show was put on for, to go out on track/drag run, yet were complaining about not having enough subscriptions for it! (Not PugFest can't remember what it was, just found it amusing)

Last year was the busiest one we've seen and it's set to be better this year too It used to be held at silverstone and be sponsored by Peugeot themselves! Them were they days so i've heard...when i was like 6 years old and wasn't entirely sure what a peugeot was apart from the little 205 rally model that i had!

There is a fair sized tesco's in the nearest town (gotherington/gotheringham) where we bought booze/disposable bbq's etc the last time!
Please note if you are using disposable barbecues can you please not rest them on the grass and if you're on grass find a couple of bricks or stones to rest the bbq tray on as you will incur a fine if you burn the grass. This is not a PSOOC rule, this is a Prescott Hillclimb rule! You have been warned

Ant, no Graham is going to be supported by the rest of the Scotland group. I meanwhile want to park next to the rest of the goodwoods and i think generally all 309's will be together. But as Graham says I'm up for show and shine and i want to park next to the rest of the 309's for the photo oppertunities!
Please note once again everyone that you MUST book your tickets in advance via the PSOOC shop as a non-member ticket and state in the comments box that you're in the 206info stand. The number of stand passes that i will be sent will be based upon what has been ordered online. So there will be no oppertunity to buy a ticket/pass on the day and you will not be allowed on the 206info stand without a paddock stand pass.

Basically there is an area for traders, the psooc membership/merchandise areas and across from these areas is the show and shine area. If there is LOADS of cars entering, then no, not everyone is going to be able to park in that area. You can park where ever you like but you must make sure you make the judges aware before 10am. I can't remember the names of the people to contact about this at present though - sorry! I need to find out anyway as i'm still not sure where I am going to park.

You can purchase hill climb tickets in advance but they are usually available on the day too. Although they are the same price so it will save you faffing about buying them on the day and it ensures that you have it all paid for as I can't remember if there are limited hill run tickets or not?! Whenever i buy them there's a bundle sitting on the tables and this is earlier in the morning. However there is no limit as to how many runs you want to get.
When you book can you send me your home address via PM please. This goes for everyone as all the stand passes that are booked under 206info will be getting sent to me to give out so this is very important for everyone. Just to re-iterate that!
