#1: Mini show (pics) Author: Ross, Location: West MidlandsPosted: Sun May 09, 2010 4:20 pm ---- Went to a local Mini show today, snapped a few pics so I thought I'd upload them
First pic, and it isn't a Mini . The significance of this E-Type Jag though, is that it's the very car that appeared in The Italian Job:

#4: Re: Mini show (pics) Author: Ross, Location: West MidlandsPosted: Sun May 09, 2010 4:26 pm ---- Yeah we loved the white one! The engine in the blue one is a 1.8T I believe, not sure what power it was putting out though.
#5: Re: Mini show (pics) Author: Ross, Location: West MidlandsPosted: Sun May 09, 2010 4:29 pm ---- TBH I didn't take many pics at all . There were some incredibly mint concours classic Mini's that I never got pics of. There was one that was bought brand new, trailored home from the dealer, stored for 3.5 years, then trailered to MOT's etc, basically it had barely seen the road.

True, I would assume it's a 225 engine, then with a simple remap you're looking at 265bhp (ish). Nice .

#9: Re: Mini show (pics) Author: Ross, Location: West MidlandsPosted: Sun May 09, 2010 5:18 pm ---- It's at Himley Hall, just outside of Dudley. I hadn't seen it advertised either, I was told by a mate who has a Mini. It's only down the road from me and £7 entry, can't complain
#10: Re: Mini show (pics) Author: Jamie, Location: Ring y0Posted: Sun May 09, 2010 5:22 pm ---- Haha I wasn't in a state to leave the house today anyway
Heavy night, spent £50 on Jägerbombs in one go.
