at the average of 117.9p a litre..
so thats 16.9litres (3.7 Gallons) to 120 miles = 32MPG
How?! :S Especially as thats your average, as at times that would mean that you are doing around 10MPG, you would be better buying a bloody 180!!

Your not at 160 yet though are you? I thought it was still pretty standard apart from a De-Cat, as your waiting on the map?
Some questions to ask yourself:
At what revs do you change gear?
What PSI are your tyres?
How far is your foot to the floor when 'normal' driving?

Reason I put 38 in is because of all these horrible potholes around my area and I don't want to crack an alloy

Thanks for eveyones info i also live in sheffield
when i first got the car std it would do between 40 45 mpg round town and 55-65 on a run
as it started to be upgraded mpg degraded 35-40 and 45-55
now i am getting 30-35 and 50-55
i am also running 38 psi as roads are one big speedbump
i was running 32 but alloys where getting battered and at 35 it was not much better.
paying £1.17 for my fuel and was getting 120 miles for my £20
just done full service and now getting 130 miles for £20
when i started the upgrade i had a ram air direct feed strait from the bumper and it sucked up some dust and damaged my afm/maff that has now been sorted.
