Cool quite quick then, I compared stats but thought it's best to ask people who own then because then I can get an idea of there actual speed rather then how fast they should go lol

parkers state the fiesta st is 0.1 seconds quicker to 60mph than the gti but the gti is 1mph quicker top end. About the same amount of difference made if you have a s**t to save weight before you get in the car to drive it.

Exactly, I have pulled on a Focus ST before, purely down to him not being a very good driver as he was trying. Over distance, it then started pulling back on me, but should have been much closer from the start.

Erm, asking people on their opinion on the car they own it is a bad way to get results. Who is going to turn around and go "oh it's slow as crap* and gets beaten but <insert car list>" etc? It's like going on a chelsea forum and asking who the best football team is...

*It isnt slow as s**t for the record Razz

There's plenty of people on this site that slate the 206, & loads of members with other, or that have had other cars to offer an unbiased opinion.

A Punto GT? When was the last time you saw one of those about? Only a modified one would be faster. Handling and brakes on the 206 are better.
