I like it. Spoilers balance out the 206 really well. I should get one really.
I suggest some funky alloys next

Cheers I didn't trust myself to do it properly and could picture myself spilling tiger seal all over the car, so I got the peugeot dealership to buy one, paint it and bolt and bond it on for £218, some may say too expensive but they replaced my worn out bulbs and topped all the levels off for me, and I trusted they would do a top job which they have My car has been behaving better on startup today as well, I don't know if they cleaned the idle valve for me or something
Next up is alloys, would love some 16" Tempests from the accessory brochure, have been looking on ebay and found the 307 ones have a different variant that look the same called 'Cotya', which I'm told are not suitable for the 206. I've been quoted by my dealer for 206 fitment Tempests with Avon 195/45 tyres fitted at £700ish. I figured that even if I bought some from ebay and bought tyres myself and had them fitted at a local garage it would probably cost around £700 anyway, so I'm now saving up for the dealership to do it
Since losing my apprentice job I've not had that extra money recently but my mate has told me a couple of people are leaving his work and I've applied online, would get those alloys much quicker then!

Thanks, and I'm specifically avoiding Vortexs and Nimrods for that reason!
Edit: I've been thinking today that with winter coming up, tempests being so hard to find second hand and £730 new, would it be worth me getting 14" Tornado alloys that came on the sport and verve models?
I was talking with my dad about what would look better; there is always going to be that gap between the wheel arch and the tyre (it isn't going to be lowered) would the combination of this plus 16" alloys and 195/45 profiles look out of proportion? Perhaps the 14" Tornado's would keep things in proportion - and are found in abundance on ebay for cheap prices. If I went for these, I would have so much more money to spare and wouldn't be making the car look something its not, and could use the savings to get them powdercoated gunmetal grey or similar
Whats everyones opinions?

Hmmn, they do look good, but the problem is, as they are only 14" they will look good initially, but after a while you are going to get bored of them, and wish you'd got something bigger, like some nimrods, i reckon 16" and bigger to keep it looking good.

I think I shall, I changed my mind a day or so after that post for the same reason you say. I have a thread I've made for all the questions I might ask about alloys to save making a new thread all the time, basically I'm trying to think what size alloys will look more in proportion with my standard (tractor) suspension and small brakes, 15" or 16"? I'm going for the peugeot tempests still, but buying the alloys myself and getting my own tyres for the 15" will save £80 over the 16", although 16" will give wider tyres
