Hiya,
ever since my Dad bought his 607 TDI sport or whatever it is I've been jealous of how good his engine bay looks, it kinda looks like this (but it's not, and has like huge thick hoses coming from it)
But you get the jist about the engine cover.
My engine bay looks like this:
But with an ugly looking rocker cover which is slightly dirty and few marks on it.
I'm wondering if I can buy anything for it like my Dad's? just an engine cover really. It has the slide fitting thing for it, I think.
Mine is a 1.4 petrol 2002 reg ... just wondering because it would certainly look better than the rocker there atm!

Some people paint the rocker cover and heat shield, but otherwise you're stuck with it. But it is an 8 year 1.4 8v at the end of the day (same as mine, so I'm not knocking it!).

Nope I dont think you can to be honest, best bet is to clean it up and maybe paint the rocker cover.

I didn't know you could paint the rocker cover, I thought maybe it would get too hot
