I've probably posted this in the wrong section as I always do, I can't seem to get the hang of it.
Anyways my 2 questions are this...
How do I remove my side repeaters, I just got some black tinted ones and I don't want to bugger it up (I have check the styling how to's but I couldn't see anything.
also.
How do I remove the badge from my boot strip? It's a phase one, and I can't afford a phase 2 yet, so I'm just going to paint the existing one, Any ideas, It looks like it should just pop out, but I don't want to dig about incase I mark anything.
Thanks in advance.

A collection of post from this board that tell you how to.
THIS SECTION IS STRICTLY FOR WRITING UP HOW TO GUIDES. ANY PROBLEMS/ QUESTIONS SHOULD BE DONE IN MAIN FORUM |
Apparently, if you learnt to read basic instructions then you wouldn't 'always' post in the wrong section
Either way, they pop out. Use a knife.

They should pull forward slightly. Look for a little clip that holds them in. Its one of them plastic U bend clips. Just carefully put a screwdriver between the wing and indicator and push the clip forward, then pull the indicator out. Disconnect the plug. Then put your new one in.
also.

Remove the whole bootsrip. Then From the inside push the clips and it will pop out.
Thanks in advance. |

Yeah, the old how-to stated the following (or something similar):
- Open the door about half way
- You should then see (through the gap between the door and wing panel) two clips holding in the winker
- If you have skinny hands/arms, put your hand in the gap and push one of the clips in. If you have fat arms (like me), get a screw driver and push it in.
- This should 'pop' the winker out almost. Get half of it out and the other clip should just come through the gap.
- Change winker over, and push back through the hole into the clips clip back into place.

Removing Boot strip
- Open boot and pull the plastic cover off
- Remove two nuts off two screws poking out
- Then I think you'll have to squeeze in to clips to push the boot strip off
- Do what you want with the phase 1 strip, and put back on as above (In reverse)
That might be wrong, I did it about 2 years ago so my memory may not serve me well.
