Hey guys, I have everything ready, I was going to try and tackle the front bumper today, i've just opened it in my living room, and wwwwoooowwww!! It looks so purdy!! - I've also got my socket set, spanner set (with a size 10mm spanner) and a torx set all ready to go....
What i was wondering was, whether this is a one man job or not? I've printed this guide out Clicky and was just wondering if its ok to follow if I'm attempting it myself, alone... just don't want to balls anything up you know!!
Cheers guys, appreciate your input, oh and heres a quick pic for u lot! -
It came with the lockwood sp grill:
UPDATE:
Ok, I've had a fiddle with that site, and I can get "some" of the part numbers, but not all of them, just so hard to read those diagrams!! Also, can't seem to find any prices on em?
So big favour, but could anyone find out the part numbers + prices of these bolts and stuff? -
1) (Obviously I will get two of these, one for each side)
2)
3) (Again, Obviously I will get two of these, one for each side)
4) (Again, Obviously I will get two of these, on for each side)
5) (Again, Obviously I will get two of these, on for each side)
6) (Again, you know lol!! I may as well ask for the p/n for the screw bit & the nut bit!)
7) (Hehe, same again!!)
(Lastly!!!)
Cheers guys, i know this is a big ask, but all of them are missing/bodged with something else LOL!

I'd say it'd be alot easier with 2, prevents dropping the bumper etc ruining the paintwork.

My fear exactly, would make the old bumper easier to sell/whatever if it was in better condition!! Plus manoevering this one on my own!!

The nut & bolt that is in the wing can be a pain, a 3rd hand comes in handy (pun not intended)
Its usually rusted on & the bolt spins in its plastic housing in the bumper.
I'd get 2 new bolts from Peugeot, also add a pair of plyers & a flat bladed screwdriver/knife to remove the wheel arch liners.

Did you do it on your own? - I have a loooong piece of old carpet that i am going to tuck under the carr, and I'm a complete noob lol, (when it comes to cars) but I can follow a good set of instructions, did you do it under those circumstances?
- I have the rear one too, but one step at a time eh...

Yeahh i know what u mean now, the one with the nut on, tbh, i'd rather try it out, and if I hit that snag, just stop and put the grill back on then try again another day with a new set of bolts... I thought wheel arch liners were a mushroom clip aka kitchen fork job?

Very easy by yourself I've lost count of how many times I've done it. Just get a big piece of cardboard and put it underneath incase it drops so it doesn't scratch.
Looks like you've already thought of that though

I meant to ask about that actually, I'm not going to bother with sports arch liners, as I've heard you can just get them on with cable ties? How would you do this exactly? What bit doesn't fit or whatever?

I diddnt use any guides or carpets under the car, just took 10 mins to figure out where all of the fixing points were and then started, but dont rush it. I fitted my gt bumper kit and even had to mod the arch liners to get a good fit
Its Do-Able mate
