Hey all,

In the process of wiring up my amp and sub and stumbled across this connecter under the handbrake housing, just wondered what it's for? wasn't plugged into anything so assume it's the wiring for some sort of extra the original owner didn't want or something?

Cheers guys

P.S. would help if I included pictures eh! lol 2 secs

Got electric mirrors, if this is for the alarm, what would I have to do to fit one if the wiring is already there? easy, cheap?

Looks like it's for the mystery centre console button that someone asks about every other day.

Can't remember what it's for though, can anyone tell me? Laughing

You'd need the button, sensors, the alarm horn and the option ticking in the ECU by a dealership IIRC.

Not 100% sure if thats everything though Confused

All the button does is turns of the sensors inside the vehicle so if you went into a shop ect and locked the doors and you had a dog or a child in the car it wont set the alarm off with the movement inside the vehicle.
