I have been to Peugeot and they want £11 each! So what else can I use I have tried silicon didn't work to well so I need to use your brains to what else I could use. Cheers!

Just don't fit them, you don't need them in all honesty. The mark that they leave when you remove them, T-cuts out anyway.

Did you let the silicon dry before fitting them to the car? It should set on the edge and act as a rubber buffer if you do.
