Service it properly, put some premium fuel in and rag it down the country lanes Wink

Infact just ragging it down the lanes might be enough.

Should be serviced every 10/12k, and ideally a oil and oil filter change every 5k.

When you do the next service, do everything.oil filter, air filter, oil, fuel filter, spark plugs, pollen filter, maybe even gearbox oil and coolant as well

the lambda is the amount of air in the exhaust system, possible you may have a small leak somewhere on a joint. does the print off they gave you say what the oil temp was at time of test??? has to be minimum of 80c

ok so at least you know the cat would have been upto temp. would have failed on co aswell otherwise anyway. sounds as though it could be either down to a partially blocked air filter or maybe even the lambda sensor on the exhaust . how old and what engine ?? miles???
