Just trying to cure a tickover problem which could be the pre cat lambda sensor ?? I bought a second hand one and it has a blue connection, mine was green. Will this be ok, it will fit into the green connector block .

It might fit but it might not work properly. The cable length is part if the circuitry ... so the wrong length can affect how it registers on the ecu.
