i use 0w40 Smile

just because i can Wink

although im only on 29000 miles now

through quick search it seems pug recommend 5W40 BUT like you say, the engine has racked up the miles

what you mean not in my tank?

course i use 0w40 in my engine Very Happy

it runs schweet with it in too a few people i know have it in there gti 180 and its better for the cold weather

Yeah I got recommended 5w40 by pug even on the 1.1 lol - It's got 10w40 in though

I also use the 4's - highly reccomend them plugs Thumb Up

Yep. Some will say iridium (NGK/Denso), and some will say Bosch Super 4s. Depends what you're looking for. I'd say go for it.

I would say bosch super 4 as people have had coilpack problems with ngk and other brands

no that takes something called omd-90 an army issue oil and it takes a hell of a lot of it Wink

39 litres to be exact
