I am assuming this is broken and its why only one light can be manually adjusted.
Anyway how do I get it off? Is it a force it with a screwdriver affair?
Also its the passenger side one. Can I replace it without taking the headlight out?

Put a allen key in the CIRCLED bit, twist it until the arm extends ARROWED
grab the unit twist it 90 degress then lightly pull towards you. You can see it is inside a track/runner you have to try and slide it off the track/runner

Removing the dipped beam bulb & holding the reflector with a finger to stop it moving helps on refitting
