i used a bubblegum QD on the painted surfaces and a cherry glaze on the red parts. for the piping i just used diluted fairy to clean dried then a plastic trim dressing after .
job done

Very cleanypoo's.
To be honest, my engine bay is pretty darned clean. Got 88'500 miles on mine, and it doesn't really need that much doing to it. My Escort Gti was a nightmare, as was my Clio, but this one is mint.
Very good job though, looks brand new (ish)!
