Do you? The alloy bolts with the washers have a shoulder just like a steel wheel bolt and in the handbook it clearly shows how these fit the steel wheels. I wouldn't use them if the steel wheels were a permanent fixture, but for a temporary fit I think you'll be fine.

Normal steel wheels use a TAPER bolt, taper alloy wheel bolts on a Peugeot / Citroen aint fitted to every model so its advisable to get the correct steel wheel bolts as well as the wheel.
