Silver button handbrake lever is standard fit on the higher spec / sporty 206's, its not an SP part.

SE is a pretty good spec for a 206 Cool

There wasnt that many optional extra boxes that could be ticked at the time of order as the SE had most kit fitted as standard

Think the available SE optional extras where:

RT3
JBL speaker upgrade
CD changer
Cat 1 alarm upgrade
Side / curtain airbags.

Cheers for that. Does that mean I could most probably retrofit that stuff and any appropiate cables should already be there?

Side airbag wiring should be there.

Lift up the rubber door seal & unclip the carpet, look in the middle where the wiring loom is for a black plug with 2 wires going to it not connected to anything, if you find it then the side airbag wiring is there.

Curtain airbag wiring possibly but you need to change the headlining to fit the airbags.

Side airbags are easy to retrofit on a 206, ive done it to mine a couple of years back Cool

Cd changer should be a glovebox mounted one on an SE

Its a case of seeing if there's hidding connector plugs for the equipment your thinking of adding then of course a BSI configuration tweak.

Yes the slot is there in the glovebox for a mounted CD Changer but felt around at the back and couldnt feel a wire. Might have to check the back of the headunit though and see if its dropped futher down or something.

Airbags possibly depending on price but nice to know that it could be possible if the wiring is there nevertheless!
Just going to have a gander on servicebox Laughing

Cheers again Smile

People love to call things SP but i had a chat with a guy at my local peugeot garage and i was told the SP kit was as follows;
-Morette headlights
-Lexus rear lights
-Wheel arches
-Bonnet vent
-Lower bumper grill
-Upper grill (either side of the badge)
-Fuel cap
-Floor mats

The other claimed SP bits;
-Handbrake
-Pedals
-Door handles
-Gear knob
-Vent sliders

These are simply parts found on the higher spec models and are NOT SP parts.

PM me for Valeting & Detailing services at great rates!
Detailing Guides are also available ask me for more information.

You need these for retrofit side airbags on a multiplexed 206 Wink

Autoliv 600 23 70 00 is the airbag ecu you require.
Autoliv 550 90 30 00 are the sill sensors & you need 2 of those.

If the black sensor plug is there then the green airbag plug will be hidden under the carpet secured to the wiring loom, you need to remove the front seat, lift the carpet up to cut the cable tie securing the green plug & then post the plug up through the slot in the carpet so you can then connect it to the seat.

The sensors are best fitted with the front seat removed as access is very tight, repeat for the other side.

Before you ask im NOT selling those, there part of my stock of 206 parts for future use.

Because its not compatible with the 2 black satellite sensors needed for side / curtain airbags.

Oh right ok! Strange that if the wires would be there already abit odd to not include a corresponding ECU?!

Obviously youve already done this so accept what you're saying! Cool
