i took it to a garage, they charged £5 for each locking wheel nut, luckily i only had 2 lol. but they basically put something over the locking wheel nut thing, hammered it on and then 'unscrewed; it using a torque wrench thing

what locking nut are they?
peugeot or Mcguard? anyway, both of them you can order a new key from dealer

There's socket tools you can buy on eBay if you get stuck that have a left hand thread which cuts onto the wheel bolt head. Worked for my dilemma of buying a car where the previous owner had lost the lock nut
