Hi All,
well this is not really 206 Related. But what the heck.
Just bought a Ford T260...new van for work - for my Plastering Business.
Got some plans a full body re-spray in a dark metallic silver, and a ECU re-map to get it up to 100ps.

Here's some piccys...

Also in time I will get some decent alloys on it, and a better auido system/new speakers. Am well chuffed with the van. It's ace - drives really well to.

Smile

My current car is a Mettalic Silver 206 GTi 2.0ltr 16v with Panoramic Sunroof. I love my GTi...

Instead of painting it why didn't you just buy a silver one? I'd just keep it clean and sod the remap. It's a works van which needs to earn its keep, which means is that all it needs to do it keep working.

Why spend all that money on a work van?

Think of all the extra work you need to do to cover the costs.

A full respray on a car is approx £1,500. I'd dread to think what it would be on something that size.

Mmm. I hear what you guy's are saying.
But hey I managed to get the seller down by £200.00 also I've Part X'd In the VW Caddy into the deal & for a very good price.

Price seller has paid for the VW Caddy is way more than I originally paid for it. So that kinda pays for the re-spray.
& I get a van that's the right size for my business and eventually in A1 condition, that will look good. Smile

I've always liked vans with a good set of alloys. Although for a work van you want the engine standard or it could put more stress especially on the gearbox which aren't great on certain types of transits
Just my 2 pence Smile
